Job Title : Global Program Leader

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Program Leader to oversee the end-to-end delivery of multi-cohort education programs across regions. The ideal candidate will ensure on-time launches, smooth multi-time-zone operations, and high learner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Planning & Calendarization

Develop annual and cohort calendars, mapping milestones, runbooks, and critical paths. Coordinate activities across time zones to guarantee seamless execution.

Own the application review, selection, orientation, and enrollment process. Provide proactive support to at-risk learners, ensuring a smooth journey from application to graduation.

Recruit, schedule, and manage instructors / guests. Ensure timely brief issuance, slide / assignment collection, pre-flight checks, and accessibility compliance (captions, transcripts, alt text).

Host or stage-manage live sessions, maintaining pace with modules and capstones. Foster community spaces and uphold SLAs for learner support.

Administer Learning Management Systems (LMS), video, and collaboration tools. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), troubleshooting as needed.

Evaluate academic integrity, track assignments and rubrics, and issue certificates / badges. Verify learner records and maintain accuracy.

Coordinate translation / subtitling services, adapting schedules and holidays. Ensure compliance with accessibility standards.

Maintain dashboards, analyze engagement and outcomes, and publish weekly updates and final reports.

Track expenses vs. budget, managing honoraria, micro-grants, and contracts. Ensure timely vendor payments.

Prioritize data protection, respect learner privacy, and adhere to codes of conduct. Escalate issues promptly.

Gather feedback, conduct retrospectives, and prioritize improvements to curriculum, workflows, and tooling.
