About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and execute new product launches across the mCaffeine and Hyphen brands. The candidate will be responsible for driving cross-functional coordination, ensuring timely execution, managing vendors, and delivering market-ready products that meet quality, cost, and timeline expectations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-speed D2C environment, understands end-to-end product development cycles, and can orchestrate stakeholders from R&D to packaging, supply chain, QC, marketing, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project & Timeline Management

• Own the complete NPD (New Product Development) timeline – from concept to launch.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, with defined milestones, risk assessments, and contingency actions.
• Ensure timely approvals, documentation, and cross-functional alignment.
