Role Overview

As a School Partnership Executive, you will play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with schools, creating awareness about VVT’s scholarship opportunities, and encouraging student participation. This role combines field engagement, relationship management, and student outreach — making it ideal for ambitious professionals looking to grow in the education sector.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong partnerships with schools in Chennai & nearby areas.
  • Meet principals, teachers, and coordinators to present VVT’s scholarship program and academic offerings.
  • Conduct awareness sessions, seminars, and presentations for students and parents.
  • Ensure smooth registration of students for the VVT Student Scholarship Program.
  • Distribute and manage marketing materials (brochures, posters, forms).
  • Consistently achieve targets for school tie-ups and student enrollments.
  • Collect student leads and maintain proper data for follow-ups.
  • Share field insights and competitor activities with management.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills in Tamil & English.
  • Ability to build relationships with educators, students, and parents.
  • Energetic, persuasive, and result-oriented.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and regular travel in the assigned area.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Eligibility

  • Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or Education preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or educational outreach.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and passion for education are welcome.
  • Two-wheeler with license preferred.
