Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, demonstrate strong ownership, and be capable of resolving customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer interactions through chat, phone, and offline channels .
  • Deliver high-quality support in an international customer service environment .
  • Build strong, dynamic knowledge of company products and services .
  • Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and follow SOPs to provide the best solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Work effectively in 24x7 rotational shifts with minimal supervision.
  • Stay composed during challenging situations while demonstrating a problem-solving mindset .
