One of their flagship programs, the Accessibility Partner Program , empowers blind and low-vision professionals by pairing them with trained visual interpreters— Access Partners (APs) —who enable seamless, real-time support in technical work environments.
Overview of the role
our client is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Access Partner to support a blind Data & Appliance Analyst working within a global Cloud + AI organisation.
This role is not about doing the work for the client , but about enabling them to do it—bridging accessibility gaps in fast-paced, highly technical environments.
You'll work closely with the Analyst to provide visual interpretation, data summarization, and navigation assistance within platforms such as Azure Portals , Excel , and Visual Studio . The client uses JAWS and VoiceOver screen readers.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, interpret, and make basic code changes.
- Create and manage spreadsheets for data tracking and analysis.
- Utilize formulas, pivot tables, and other Excel tools to streamline workflows.
- Assist in converting and formatting documents to meet accessibility standards.
- Summarize meetings, manage task follow-ups, and track progress in collaboration with team members.
Skills and Experience
Basic coding knowledgeShould understand how code is structured and be able to identify components like classes and functions.Proficiency in Microsoft ExcelComfortable working with large data sets and using intermediate Excel functions.Strong Communication SkillsAbility to provide support in a clear, professional manner.Maintain clear, professional communication in English, both written and verbal.Willingness to learnOpenness to training in accessibility standards and related toolsFamiliarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).Comfortable working in a high-speed technical environment with urgency and frequent task-switching.Detail-orientated with strong multitasking and follow-up skills.What’s in it for you?
