Oracle Manufacturing Functional Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead and deliver Oracle Fusion Manufacturing implementations, ensuring alignment with client business needs and best practices.
• Analyze, design, and configure manufacturing processes including Discrete, Process, and Contract Manufacturing models.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis , map business requirements to Oracle standard functionalities, and design functional solutions.
• Work on integration design and development with upstream / downstream applications.
• Collaborate with business users, architects, and technical teams to ensure end-to-end solution delivery.
• Provide functional leadership in Manufacturing , along with related modules such as Inventory Management, Quality, and Costing .
• Support multiple project phases— requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support .
• Develop and maintain functional documentation , test scripts, and configuration workbooks.
• Deliver at least two full-cycle end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations .
• Assist in business development activities , including solution proposals, client presentations, and pre-sales support.
• Work closely with global teams and be flexible for short / long-term onsite assignments .
