Gcp terraform engineer

Equired Skills and Experience :

Must-Have :

7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering.

Strong expertise in Terraform — writing custom modules and managing deployments.

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — especially : Compute (VMs, GPUs, TPUs) IAM (Identity & Access Management) Networking (VPCs, subnets, firewalls) Logging and monitoring Hands-on experience with Hashi Corp Vault for secrets management.

Experience with policy-as-code using Sentinel or similar tools. Familiarity with Terratest or other infrastructure testing frameworks.

Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, and compliance. Experience with cost monitoring and optimization in cloud environments.

Nice-to-Have :

Knowledge of Golang, especially for extending automation or writing test libraries.

Experience with Cucumber or other BDD tools.

Basic understanding of Gen AI / LLM workloads and GCP’s AI compute options.

Exposure to CI / CD practices and tooling. Background in data warehousing and large-scale platform operations is a plus.
