Job Summary :
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven IT Services Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our IT services, identifying potential clients, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong sales ability, and a good understanding of IT services. You will work closely with the management and technical teams to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, generate, and qualify leads through calls, emails, meetings, and networking
- Promote and sell IT services such as web development, app development, software solutions, digital marketing, and automation
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate service solutions
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing documents
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with technical teams for project execution and support
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions
- Stay updated with IT industry trends, market developments, and competitors
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role (IT industry preferred)Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsBasic understanding of IT services and digital solutions (training provided)Ability to identify prospects and close salesGood customer relationship management skillsKnowledge of CRM tools is an added advantageAbility to work independently and meet targetsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or equivalent experiencePreferred Qualifications :
Experience selling IT services or digital productsKnowledge of software development, digital marketing, or cloud servicesFamiliarity with lead generation tools and sales automation platformsUnderstanding of Agile / Scrum workflowsExperience with proposal writing or online bidding platformsBenefits :
