Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an L&D Executive located in Silvassa. The L&D Executive will be responsible for planning and facilitating training sessions, managing learning programs, and designing instructional materials. They will oversee the development of employees' skills, enhance learning initiatives, and provide coaching to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Collaboration across departments will be crucial to optimize workforce development and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Training & Development and Learning Management
• Strong skills in Instructional Design and the creation of learning materials
• Exceptional interpersonal and Communication skills
• Experience in Coaching and fostering professional growth
• Ability to analyze training needs and measure learning outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related fields is preferred
• Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
