- Edit High-Impact Videos : Transform raw footage into engaging reels, teasers, launch videos, and campaign content that capture DROPZ’s bold, hype-driven identity and drive viral moments.
- Craft Social-First Content : Optimize edits for Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms to maximize engagement and drop velocity.
- Enhance Visual & Audio Polish : Master color grading, pacing, sound design, music syncing, and effects to ensure every video is intentional, immersive, and aligned with DROPZ’s vibrant aesthetic.
- Build Narrative Flow : Structure stories with seamless transitions, text overlays, and subtitles that heighten anticipation and emotional resonance.
- Collaborate with Creative Teams : Partner with the Creative Lead, Videographer, Social Media Designer, and Content Writers to deliver cohesive, on-brand edits from raw assets to final export.
- Innovate with Trends & Techniques : Experiment with viral formats, editing styles, and platform-specific hacks to keep DROPZ’s content fresh, addictive, and ahead of the curve.
- Support Campaign Execution : Deliver polished assets on tight deadlines, coordinating with the Creative Lead for revisions and ensuring flawless handoffs.
- Bonus Skills Welcome : Experience with motion graphics, 3D elements, or light VFX to occasionally elevate key moments and add cinematic depth.
- A visual storyteller who crafts compelling narratives through editing and post-production - turning raw footage into cultural phenomena that stop scrolls and spark obsession.
- Tool-proficient : Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar - plus strong command of color grading, audio mixing, and effects workflows.
- Detail-obsessed and deadline-driven, delivering pixel-perfect, export-ready videos under tight drop schedules without sacrificing quality or creativity.
- A digital native with a deep pulse on social media trends, viral formats, and the editing techniques that drive massive engagement on fast-paced platforms.
