Key Responsibilities

• AI Tool Development : Design and develop AI-driven tools, bots, and agents to streamline and enhance content creation for Test Prep and academic programs.
• Prompt Engineering R&D : Conduct continuous research and experimentation to build effective AI prompts tailored for diverse subjects and examinations.
• Content Optimization : Utilize AI to improve content quality, consistency, and efficiency while reducing turnaround time and costs.
• Team Enablement : Train and guide educators, researchers, and content teams on integrating AI tools effectively into their workflows.
• Project Leadership : Manage AI-driven content projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with academic goals and brand standards.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with academic, tech, and product teams to deploy AI innovations that enhance learning outcomes.
• Process Automation : Leverage AI for everyday tasks and operational improvements to boost team productivity and organizational efficiency.
