About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Technical Consultant to lead and support the implementation and integration of a core financial services product for a reputed banking client. This is a hands-on, client-facing contractual role requiring deep technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and enterprise system integrations.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions, with responsibilities spanning design, development, integration, and production support within banking / financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and support technical implementations and enhancements for a financial services platform
• Design and develop robust backend components using Java and Spring Boot
• Integrate systems using REST APIs, Kafka, file-based exchanges, and other protocols
• Work on batch processes, scheduling, and error handling in production
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and client-side stakeholders to deliver features aligned to business workflows
• Participate in production support, performance tuning, and bug fixes
