Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer (Python + React) to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable, high-performance web applications using Python (backend) and React (frontend). You will play a key role in the design, development, and deployment of innovative web-based solutions, preferably with exposure to the healthcare domain and cloud technologies (AWS).

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Python frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI) and React.js.
Implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (UI / UX, Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
Ensure responsive design and seamless user experience across browsers and devices.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and agile ceremonies.
Work with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) for deployment and scaling of applications.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.

Must-Have Skills :

Programming Languages : Python, JavaScript (ES6+).

Frontend Frameworks : React

Database : MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB.

API Development : RESTful API, JSON, JWT Authentication.

Version Control : Git / GitHub / GitLab.

Good-to-Have / Additional Skills :

Healthcare domain experience understanding of HIPAA compliance, HL7 / FHIR standards preferred.

Cloud : Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, EC2, CloudWatch, RDS).

Educational Qualification :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Soft Skills :

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to new technologies.

Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
