Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Title : Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Champion Agile values and Scrum principles across delivery teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Define and evolve delivery frameworks, KPIs, and best practices for Agile execution.
• Mentor Scrum Masters and Agile team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and stakeholder communication matrices.
• Drive backlog grooming, prioritization, and release planning in collaboration with Product Owners.
• Monitor team velocity, sprint burn-downs, and delivery health metrics to ensure transparency and predictability.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies with clarity and confidence.
• Align delivery outcomes with strategic business objectives and customer expectations.
• Lead governance reviews, steering committee updates, and executive reporting.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives, including training, coaching, and change management.
• Identify and remove organizational impediments to Agile adoption and team performance.
• Contribute to thought leadership through internal forums, playbooks, and Agile maturity assessments.
