About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer with over three years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development of advanced AI solutions, focusing on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) chatbots, machine learning models, and deep learning architectures. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Python and Java, with hands-on experience in deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms, preferably AWS. As a Senior AI Engineer at Kanerika Inc, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying innovative AI systems that have a global impact. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable AI solutions, ensuring high performance, reliability, and user-centric design.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. A minimum of three years of professional experience in AI and machine learning is required. Strong proficiency in Python and Java programming languages is essential. Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) models, chatbots, and conversational AI is highly desirable. Candidates should have a solid understanding of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and familiarity with cloud deployment, particularly on AWS, including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and ECS. Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are also crucial.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize AI models, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) chatbots, to meet specific business needs. Lead the implementation of machine learning and deep learning algorithms, ensuring robustness and scalability. Deploy AI models on cloud platforms, primarily AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.
