Key Skills & Responsibilities :

• Proficiency in one or more high-level programming languages : Python, Java, C / C++, Ruby, JavaScript
• Experience with distributed storage : NFS, HDFS, Ceph, Amazon S3
• Familiarity with orchestration tools : Apache Mesos, Kubernetes, Yarn
• Identify performance bottlenecks and improvement areas
• Analyze system and application metrics for performance tuning
• Collaborate with dev teams to improve services via testing and release processes
• Develop and update SRE offerings and internal capabilities
• Support pre-sales activities – proposal creation, RFP responses
• Define training plans and skill development for engineers
