Account Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a smooth, confident communicator with 2–3+ years of experience in sales or account management. As an Account Executive, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth while working in alignment with US time zone hours .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle : prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through clear and confident communication.
- Deliver engaging discovery calls, demos, and presentations that address client needs.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets .
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system .
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless client experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights and recommendations to clients.
Qualifications & Skills
2–3+ years of proven success in sales, business development, or account management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills — ability to communicate ideas clearly, persuasively, and professionally.Strong presentation and negotiation skills .Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.Ability to work effectively across US time zone hours .Preferred
Experience selling in SaaS, consulting, or professional services .Exposure to international / enterprise accounts .Familiarity with consultative and solution-based sales approaches .Why Join
