Account Executive

Location :  Remote (India-based, working US hours)

Experience :  2-3years+

About the Role

We are looking for a  smooth, confident communicator  with  2–3+ years of experience  in sales or account management. As an Account Executive, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth while working in alignment with  US time zone hours .

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full  sales cycle : prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain  long-term relationships  with clients through clear and confident communication.
  • Deliver engaging  discovery calls, demos, and presentations  that address client needs.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed  sales quotas and revenue targets .
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the  CRM system .
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–3+ years  of proven success in  sales, business development, or account management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  — ability to communicate ideas clearly, persuasively, and professionally.
  • Strong  presentation and negotiation skills .
  • Proficiency with  CRM tools  (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
  • Ability to work effectively across  US time zone hours .
  • Preferred

  • Experience selling in  SaaS, consulting, or professional services .
  • Exposure to  international / enterprise accounts .
  • Familiarity with  consultative and solution-based sales approaches .
