A designer drives holistic design content programs for brands, coupling hands-on creation with performance reporting and strategic recommendations. Propels brand narratives for consultancy clients with measurable impact.
Key idea :
An ideal role for somebody who is really interested in expressive art, professional branding, communication (content) designing. Your day would be filled with creation, ideation, cross-collaboration & execution. If you're somebody who loves picturing design through brand communication-visual art, this role is for you. Primarily, this role would also involve setting up databases and initial research. The aftermath of each approach should be recorded and co-ordinated with the internal team and updated in the database, which also makes this a sort of operational role.
We’re ideally looking for someone who understands content : not just formulating strategies, but understand its creation, relevancy and impact. If you’re someone who is already into making content for yourself and is wanting to take his skills into building something impactful, we’re looking for you.

Compensation : Strictly on conversion basis for the first 1.5 months (probational internship) following a full time conversion.

Key Responsibilities :
Create and report on BAU design assets and major creative projects for consultancy clients.Uphold brand consistency through visual identity management.Collaborate on cross-functional project teams for integrated solutions.Present concept and effectiveness reports to senior stakeholders.This role involves commitment. It is like growing a brand from scratch. Envisioning your tasks- they would involve : research, plan (strategy), communication (internal and external), execute.
Technical Requirements :
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma / SketchAbility to track, report, and measure design performance (KPI's)Qualifications :
Is a person who loves ownership, control and loves to create the pathway to solve problems.Can adjust to the dynamic nature a startup brings. Preferably has worked in a startup before.Experience in branding, communication designing, has illustrative experience, UX experience.Portfolio showing the same.Must have worked in roles involving growth of business.Familiarity with content / engagement metrics and executive reporting.Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or similar.2–5 years design in agency / consultancy setting.Proven reporting and strategy execution skills.Organisation Structure
