Job descriptionA Diploma or Bachelor's degree within the science field – e.g. chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, engineering or similar. 3+ years of experience in a similar Field Service or end-user role, with abundant knowledge and experience in XRF / XRD / BET / ICP / AAS instruments preferred. Strong in diagnosis, troubleshooting and problem-solving skill. Experience with the Analytical products is desired. Good interpersonal skills – comfortable working with people at all levels and an excellent team player. Verbal and written communication is clear, respectful, and timely.

We are hiring for the position of Senior Service Engineers at Advance Scientific Equipment Pvt. Ltd. Below are the details of the role :
Location : Mumbai
Salary : 14 LPA
Products to service : ED-XRF, XRD, BET Analyzer, ICP-OES etc.
Job Description :
You will be responsible for supporting installation, familiarization, implementation, maintenance and repair of Analytical Instruments systems. Provide support and resolve escalated issues at the customer site.
- Assist in daily troubleshooting, support activities and escalation with effective diagnosis and provide technical advice to resolve product performance problems.
- Proactively responds to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business.
- Establish and maintain a highly responsive relationship and effective communication with customers, sales reps, peers, and other departments within ASE to ensure customer satisfaction.
