[Urgent Search] Accounts Executive

Position : Accounts Executive - Goods & Services (Inventory)

Location : Dhumal Nagar, Vasai (On need basis, may have to visit other factories in Vasai)

Qualification : B.Com / M.Com or equivalent in Accounting

Experience : 4 to 5 years of experience in Accounts & Inventory Management from Manufacturing company

Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel

Job Objective : To efficiently manage inventory and accounting functions related to goods and services, ensuring smooth coordination between production, planning, and procurement teams while maintaining accurate stock and financial records.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and record all material transactions in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates in the system.
• Coordinate with the Production and Planning teams to prepare and deliver material orders as per requirements.
• Create and update the list of pending packing material orders, and follow up with vendors / suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain optimal stock levels by tracking inventory, initiating reorders, and managing overstock situations effectively.
• Ensure the timely availability of packing materials to support uninterrupted production operations.
• Provide on-the-job training to co-workers and supervisors on labeling procedures, stock maintenance, and timely material issuance.
• Perform daily physical stock counts and reconcile with SAP inventory records to maintain stock accuracy and hygiene.
• Prepare and submit monthly stock and SAP-generated reports to Head Office for review and record-keeping.
• Support in maintaining accurate accounting entries in SAP for material inflow / outflow and vendor payments.

Gender : Male only

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (1 Saturday off in a month after completing probation)

Timings : 10 : 00 AM to 6 : 30 PM

Salary : 6.00 LPA to 7.00 LPA
