Openings For PHP Developer- Senior Level- Project Manager

Blueberry Digital Labs is looking for a skilled and seasoned professional with a strong background in PHP, LAMP, and MySQL to lead our web development projects. This is a crucial role for a leader who can not only manage projects from conceptualization to final delivery but also serve as a technical expert, mentoring the team and guiding the technical architecture. You will be instrumental in driving our projects to success, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management : Take full ownership of projects from conceptualization to final execution, ensuring that all project management practices are followed. You will manage project scope, handle change requests, and regularly report on project progress.
• Client & Team Interaction : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, translating business requirements into technical specifications. You will also plan and allocate work to the development team, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Technical Leadership : Guide the team in defining the technical architecture of their projects and finalizing database schemas. You will also work with our architect to capture functional requirements in standard notations like use cases.
• Mentorship & Development : Manage, mentor, and provide technical guidance and support to the project teams. You will be responsible for improving the technical competence of the team through training and development.
• Process Improvement : Review and improve upon our current processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
