Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented e Commerce specialist to lead marketplace operations and client management across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in regions like the UAE and Southeast Asia, and preferably in verticals such as Grocery or Fashion. This role requires strong reporting skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Setup & Execution
- Upload and manage promotional banners across platforms, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Tag SKUs appropriately to link products with ongoing campaigns and promotions.
- Create and schedule promotions, discounts, and offers in line with brand strategies.
- Manage search keywords : research, create, and rewrite keywords to maximize discoverability and campaign impact.
- Set up banners and campaign assets with quality checks to maintain brand guidelines and performance standards.
Quality Control & Optimization
Validate promotional data and campaign setup (promo tables, SKUs, keywords) for accuracy.Ensure all campaign elements meet branding, platform, and promotional requirements.Monitor campaign execution to identify discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and implement quick fixes.Suggest improvements for banner placements, keyword usage, and promotional strategies to enhance campaign results.Collaboration & Reporting
Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure campaign assets are aligned with brand objectives.Track, measure, and report on campaign performance across digital channels.Share insights on keyword performance, banner engagement, and promotional outcomes for continuous optimization.Stakeholder managementStakeholder Management & Collaboration
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external brand partners.Coordinate with stakeholders to align campaign assets with business goals.Address queries, share updates and ensure timely communication for smooth campaign execution.Requirements :
5–6 years of hands-on experience in e Commerce campaign operations, trade marketing, PromotionsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for campaign tracking and reportingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilitiesDetail-oriented with a proactive and self-driven approach.What We Offer
