Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Furniture Workshop Manager at GRIHOM in New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day operations of the workshop

Manage carpenters, fabricators, and technicians to ensure timely production

Coordinate with design and site teams for execution requirements

Ensure quality control, safety standards, and proper use of materials

Plan workload, monitor timelines, and maintain inventory

Vendor and material coordination as required

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Interior Design / Civil / related field (preferred)

3+ years of experience in workshop management or interior production

Strong leadership and team management skills

Knowledge of furniture manufacturing, materials, and finishes

Ability to manage timelines and ensure quality output
