Job descriptionDesign, develop, and maintain modern, responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js. Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability with a strong focus on Core Web Vitals. Work closely with UX / UI designers and backend developers to implement user-friendly interfaces. Integrate with eCommerce platforms, APIs, and third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, CMS, inventory systems). Ensure technical feasibility of UI / UX designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration processes. Handle SEO optimization and server-side rendering using Next.js features . Troubleshoot and debug application issues as they arise in a production environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional front-end development experience using React.js.
- 2+ years hands-on experience with Next.js, including SSR, SSG, API routes, and image optimization.
- Proven experience working on eCommerce websites or platforms with a strong understanding of performance optimization, customer journeys, and conversion best practices.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
- Experience integrating with RESTful and / or GraphQL APIs.
- Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or Recoil.
- Experience with headless CMS solutions (e.g., Sanity, Strapi) is a plus.
- Understanding of SEO principles and accessibility best practices.
- Experience with Git, CI / CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.
