Job descriptionBachelors in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline (Master’s preferred). 8–10 years of experience in application / SaaS implementation. Hands-on experience integrating applications with SAP S / 4HANA or ECC. Proven expertise as a Business Analyst (requirements gathering, documentation, user stories). Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication with cross-functional teams. Working knowledge of AI / Agentic AI tools for automating documentation, requirement mapping, workflow visualization, and basic integration validation to improve delivery speed and accuracy preferable.
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Application Specialist with 8–10 years of experience in implementing and integrating enterprise applications. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, business analysis, and project execution skills. Experience in integrating SaaS applications with SAP S / 4HANA is a strong requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation Delivery : Manage end-to-end implementation of SaaS / application projects; support larger enterprise rollouts.
- Business Analysis : Work with business users to gather requirements, map processes, and translate them into system specifications.
- SAP Integration Support : Test application integrations with SAP (S / 4HANA / ECC), including APIs and middleware. A high level of understanding of SAP.
- User Training & Support : Conduct workshops, prepare guides, and drive adoption.
- Project Coordination : Track milestones, coordinate across teams, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Documentation : Maintain workflows, test cases, and technical notes.
