As a creative and strategic Marketing Specialist, you will lead comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and business growth.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in social media platforms and SEO strategies. Core Responsibilities include :

• Brand Development : develop and manage public relations activities, including award submissions and collaborations with influencers and bloggers, foster relationships with media and external stakeholders to amplify brand presence
• Digital Marketing Strategy : design and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, optimise web presence to increase brand engagement and drive traffic
• Campaign Management : lead marketing campaigns, oversee event calendars and coordinate marketing plans for key projects, organise and participate in events and other promotional activities
• Content Creation : produce engaging content for different platforms, collaborate with partners and brands for joint marketing initiatives and content creation
• Performance Analysis : monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, achieve set KPIs related to PR backlinks, award achievements, blog collaborations, and sales targets

This role requires a balance of creativity, strategic thinking, and effective communication to drive the marketing and PR efforts.

Work on special projects like referral campaigns and merchandise launches.

A strong organisational and communication skills are required for this position along with flexibility in adapting to business needs and working hours. A positive approach to changes and feedback is also required.

Bachelor's degree (preferred) with 3 years of experience in digital marketing and 3 years of experience in marketing are mandatory for this role.
