Location : Noida

Experience : 6 months to 1 Year

About the Role

We are looking for a Process Coordinator (PC) to oversee workflow efficiency, ensure accuracy in deliverables, and manage smooth coordination between departments. The PC acts as a Process Auditor — ensuring tasks are completed correctly and on time through team follow-ups, not by executing them personally.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor daily team tasks for timely completion.
Verify data accuracy and completeness before submission.
Track progress and escalate delays or issues as needed.
Maintain clear and professional communication across teams.
Raise and follow up on Help Tickets until resolution.
Prepare and share daily reports on completed and pending tasks.

Requirements

Strong coordination and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and follow-up ability.

Organized, proactive, and result-oriented attitude.

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets preferred.
