AEM Content Specialist

What will you do? The successful candidate will be responsible to manage content workflows, governance, and publishing while ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices. The role involves troubleshooting AEM issues, training team, and handling complex authoring tasks. Requires 5+ years of CMS experience, including strong agile execution, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills.

Role & responsibilities

Serving as a subject matter expert in AEM, offering guidance and support to team members on AEM functionalities, best practices, and workflows.

Enforcing adherence to content governance policies, standards, and workflows within AEM, including version control, approval processes, and content lifecycle management.

Managing complex authoring tasks with dynamic components and driving them to completion.

Add / remove / change components in CMS and manage and publish site pages.

Providing training to individual publishers / users if new component is added.

Manage workflows to ensure that content is routed to the appropriate stakeholders for review and approval.

Responsible for ensuring that content meets quality standards before it is published. This may involve reviewing content for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

Responsible for maintaining content governance policies, including version control and content archiving. They must ensure that content is properly managed throughout its lifecycle, from authoring to go live.

Responsible for providing technical support to content authors, including troubleshooting issues with the AEM platform, providing training on AEM features, and resolving content-related issues.

What will you need?

6+ years of experience in Content Management Systems like AEM / WCS / Drupal, or equivalent. 5+ Years of mandatory experience in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)

Proficient in agile execution methodology.

Understanding of Website structures, web layouts, template design, etc.

Understanding of client‘s guidelines and standards for website.

Publishing project status reports and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with good dashboard reporting and presentation abilities.

Problem solving skills.
