You will be responsible for managing candidates through the hiring process, including :
Supporting candidates during interviews, coordinating interview availability, and preparing briefing documents to aid preparation.Managing tests and assessments, as well as ensuring all necessary documentation is completed efficiently after an offer is made.Arranging follow-up meetings, including interviews and feedback briefings.Candidate Marketing and CRM Management :
Maintain a database of top target candidates and ensure they receive regular updates from us.Partner with marketing directors to keep recruiting presentations up-to-date with accurate bios and other relevant data.Required Skills and Qualifications :
An undergraduate or graduate degree.2-5 years of relevant professional experience.Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in person.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
