Extensive experience in leading large-scale sales operations, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth across multiple territories within a state.
Strong expertise in channel management, distribution expansion, and retail strategy, with deep knowledge of regional market dynamics and consumer behavior.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams, set performance goals, and ensure target achievement through effective monitoring and coaching.
Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, skilled in territory planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and managing multiple product categories
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external partners, including distributors, key accounts, and cross-functional teams.
