Are you someone who can scroll, strategize, and scale all at once?

Kickstart Media is looking for a Social Media and AI Strategy Lead to take charge of our social media vertical. You will lead a team of talented Social Media team, turn insights into ideas that make an impact, pitch concepts that make clients say wow, and bring in the AI edge that makes our work smarter and faster.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Squad : Guide and mentor our team of Social Media Managers. Help them plan, post, and perform better every day.

Be the Strategist : Build and execute holistic social media strategies for multiple brands from positioning to performance.

Client Maestro : Present winning decks, manage client communications, and make sure our ideas land as perfectly as our reels.

Performance Guru : Track what’s working (and what’s not). Compile reports, analyse insights, and share actionable feedback with the Founder.

AI Champion : Introduce and train the team on AI tools for ideation, automation, analytics, and content creation.

Pitch it Like a Pro : Lead brainstorming and presentation sessions for new business pitches.

Trend Hunter : Stay on top of social, tech, and AI trends that can give our clients (and us) an edge.
