About the role

Programming.Com is hiring a Client Relationship Manager to build, retain, and grow IT services / staffing accounts. You’ll be the single point of contact for clients, ensure on-time delivery with Sales and Recruitment, and drive revenue growth.

• Own key accounts : farming + selective hunting (upsell / cross-sell / new logos)
• Translate client goals to delivery plans;

ensure SLA adherence and quality

improve time-to-fill

flag risks and drive resolutions
