About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in backend development, cloud platforms, and scalable system design . The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Python frameworks, modern frontend technologies, microservices architecture, and distributed systems , along with a proven ability to design and optimize secure, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems with a strong focus on Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django) .
  • Develop and integrate modern frontend applications using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS .
  • Architect and manage microservices-based systems in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS) .
  • Build and optimize RESTful APIs with a strong focus on security, performance, and rate limiting .
  • Design and optimize SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, ClickHouse).
  • Work on cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure / GCP experience is a plus).
  • Implement CI / CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) .
  • Collaborate on event-driven architectures with tools such as Kafka and SQS .
  • Partner with distributed teams in an Agile environment , taking ownership of deliverables from design to deployment.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to system design discussions and architecture decisions .

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with backend-heavy expertise.
  • Strong hands-on skills in Python frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Django).
  • Solid experience in frontend development (React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
  • Proven track record in microservices architecture , distributed systems , and container orchestration .
  • Expertise in REST API design, security, and performance optimization .
  • Strong knowledge of cloud environments (AWS preferred) .
  • Hands-on experience with CI / CD tools and IaC (Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) .
  • Excellent understanding of event-driven and data processing architectures (Kafka, SQS).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and system design skills .
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional, distributed teams.
  • Relevant certifications in Cloud Architecture or System Design (preferred).
