Could you be the full-time GFC R&D Controlling Senior Analyst in LOCATION were looking for

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your financial and operational management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

Youll play a critical role in supporting the financial oversight of our R&D activities ensuring innovation affordability and driving standardization across reporting and controlling processes. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across finance engineering and R&D management contribute to Earned Value Management (EVM) enablement and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Youll specifically take care of consolidating and analyzing financial data streamlining reporting processes and overseeing R&D controlling for various projects but also support the evolution of work-package and program-level controlling.

Well look to you for :

Driving the rationalization of analytical structures by activity and coordinating Product End-of-Life (EoL) funding processes.

Enabling EVM through the development of project-specific Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) mapped to R&D programs.

Leading monthly SFTR and Rolling Forecast (RoFo) processes including consolidation financial review and stakeholder engagement.

Performing detailed financial analysis on HCC / BCC cost nature and other indicators.

Managing and stabilizing Business Intelligence (BI) tools to enhance reporting capabilities.

Coordinating budget and F1 consolidation activities ensuring alignment with actuals and R&D data.

MBA in Finance CA or CMA qualification (CA Inter or CMA Inter with relevant experience is also considered).

58 years of relevant finance experience ideally in manufacturing or R&D environments.

Comprehensive understanding of IFRS 15 principles.

Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools and ERP systems.

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Experience with project controlling or multi-site financial flows.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (fluency in French or other languages is a plus).
