While our agency team runs profitable client accounts, LPN Ventures is where we incubate and grow digital assets : content websites, niche ecommerce brands, and strategic acquisitions.The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Digital Business Operator — someone who thrives in ambiguity, sees problems as puzzles, and wants to build cash-flowing digital businesses. You'll work closely with the founder to bring early-stage venture ideas to life, using in-house designers, developers, SEO talent, and outsourced help where needed.This is not a task-ticking PM role — it's entrepreneurial, strategic, and driven by outcomes.What You’ll DoTake a business idea from concept → execution → asset growth → exitManage acquisition or build of content sites, ecom stores, or micro-SaaS productsLead internal / external teams to hit key growth and profitability goalsCoordinate design, dev, SEO, and paid media efforts (team is in place)Keep projects on track, assets growing, and timelines tightSurface risks, opportunities, and creative monetization anglesPrepare documentation and metrics for investor decks or sale listingsYou Might Be a Fit If You : Have 2+ years experience operating or growing a digital business (ecom, blog, SaaS, etc.)Can project manage without being told what to do every dayUnderstand ROI-driven decision-makingKnow how to use UpWork, contractors, or freelancers effectivelyBonus : You’ve flipped a website or run your own digital hustleHow to ApplySend us : Your resume or LinkedInA note on one venture or project you’ve helped build or growA 2–3 sentence pitch on why you're a fit to run digital plays with our team
