Software Tech Lead(Python)

Job Overview

Gamyam Info Tech LLP is looking for a Software Tech Lead with strong expertise in Python and Django to join our development team.

This role involves hands-on coding , leading developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality applications.

Location : Hyderabad / Razole (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain scalable and secure web applications using Python.

Take complete ownership of modules and features—from design to deployment .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design & implement new features.

Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.

Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.

Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality coding standards.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.

Work with CI / CD pipelines and deployment workflows.

Mentor junior developers and guide the team to deliver on time.

Solve complex technical problems and perform architectural decision making.

Stay updated with emerging trends and contribute to continuous improvement.

Technical Skills Required

5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.

Proven experience leading a team of Python developers .

Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI).

Solid understanding of REST API design principles .

Good knowledge of relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL).

Experience with version control (Git).

Basic understanding of application security best practices .

Ability to architect, develop, and optimize scalable applications.

Strong problem-solving ability and code review expertise.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Exposure to Docker or other containerization tools.

Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, Angular, Vue).

Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
