Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Process Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Apps to drive business process improvements and support system implementations. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless project execution and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze, design, and implement business solutions using Dynamics CRM and Power Apps
Manage Hyper Care incident processes, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues
Facilitate coordination between developers, testers, and product owners throughout the project lifecycle
Gather and document business requirements; translate into functional specifications
Conduct gap analysis between current and desired business processes
Create and maintain documentation including process flows, user stories, and training materials
Perform system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Provide training and support to end-users on new features and processes
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
Stay current with Dynamics CRM and Power Apps capabilities and best practices
Required Skills :
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Apps
Experience in Hyper Care incident management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
Preferred Qualifications :
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant)
Experience in change management and process improvement
Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools
Experience with Sales, Field Service, and CRM modules
