Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced, well-connected Fundraising Lead to take ownership of our capital raising strategy. This role requires someone who can design and execute funding rounds, connect with investors (HNI, Family Offices, VCs, PEs), and act as the face of the company for all investor relations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage end-to-end fundraising efforts, including pre-seed, seed, Series A / B rounds, or structured debt.
- Design funding round structures, valuation strategies, and investor pitch materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors – HNIs, Family Offices, Venture Capitalists, Private Equity firms, and strategic partners.
- Develop financial models, term sheets, and investment proposals to support capital raising.
- Advise the leadership team on fundraising strategy, capital allocation, and investor communications.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and external advisors to ensure compliance and smooth execution.
- Represent the company in investor meetings, roadshows, and strategic discussions.
Required Skills & Experience :
Proven track record in raising capital for startups or growth-stage companies.Deep network across HNIs, Family Offices, VCs, and PE firms in India (international networks a plus).Strong understanding of valuation, term sheets, convertible instruments, and deal structuring.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Prior experience as an investment banker, venture advisor, corporate finance lead, or fundraising consultant is highly desirable.Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced startup environment.Pay starts from CTC - 25 Lakhs per annum to 45 Lakhs per annum
