Lead a major Drupal - Sitecore XM Cloud migration with a modern headless stack (XM Cloud, CDP / Personalize, Search, Next.js 14 / 15, Vercel).

This senior role requires hands-on Sitecore composable stack expertise (not legacy XM / XP) and the ability to architect enterprise-scale, cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and lead Sitecore composable DXP (XM Cloud, CDP / Personalize, Search).
• Drive migration strategy (Drupal - Sitecore) : content modeling, component migration, SEO preservation.
• Implement advanced Next.js frontend on Vercel (SSR / SSG / ISR, App Router, Server Components).
• Design and optimize personalization, real-time customer data flows, and enterprise search experiences.
• Define and enforce solution architecture, integration patterns, and technical governance.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools (Copilot, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for code, migration scripts, and documentation.
• Ensure high performance (sub-200ms response times) and scalability across global deployments.
