Research Associate

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and engage top professionals to provide industry insights and knowledge to clients.
• Articulate Insight Alpha's mission and business model to industry professionals and recruit them for the Association of Industry Leaders (AIL).
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and efficiency.
• Expand the India / Global Expert Network by recruiting key opinion leaders through strategic campaigns, leveraging industry / professional lists, associations, referrals, and relationships.
• Collaborate with Research Managers, Analysts, and Project Leaders to understand client needs and fulfill time-sensitive research requests by analyzing client inquiries.
