Quiddity Software - Java Technical Lead - Spring

About the Role :

We are hiring a Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic Product Development team at Quiddity infotech. In this role, you will work on modernizing our technology stack and building high-performance, scalable, and secure applications to ensure seamless customer experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about backend development and emerging Responsibilities :

• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions.
• Design and develop microservices and backend components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, QA, BAs, and other developers.
• Create and maintain high-quality unit tests using JUnit / TestNG.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Support system scalability, performance, and security.
• Analyze and adapt to changing technical and functional requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation (HLD / LLD) in collaboration with Architects.
• Raise and mitigate risks, issues, and blockers proactively.
• Drive best practices in development, testing, and Skills :
• Core Backend : Java 19, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, RESTful APIs, Microservices, JWT, Multithreading, gRPC,
