Job descriptionThis is NOT a freelance gig or internship. This is a full-time role , where you’ll work with us regularly while enjoying the flexibility of a freelancer. You’ll collaborate with our internal creative and editing teams via Slack and help oversee campaigns from concept to execution. Payments are calculated on a monthly basis , based on agreed deliverables. Bonus incentives for any extra responsibilities We’re looking for someone who can grow with us — managing client pages, creating strategies, and eventually leading a small creative team. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) Experience with content strategy, scheduling, and analytics Good eye for design and storytelling — ability to guide editors and designers Excellent English communication and copywriting skills Ability to coordinate with clients and internal team members Experience using tools like Meta Business Suite, Metricool, Notion, Claude and CustomGPTs Familiarity with paid ad campaigns and content performance tracking Leadership or client management experience https : / / forms.Gle / BVBH262RAgXfsxQq7 Expected monthly payout : INR 40,000–50,000 Flexible work hours and Work From Home setup Opportunity to work with global top-tier clients and creators Supportive and collaborative team culture Ongoing mentorship to improve your content strategy, communication, and leadership skills
