We are seeking a results-driven Digital Advertising Executive to manage, optimize, and scale our paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook / Instagram Ads) platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in paid media management, and a creative mindset to drive ROI-focused campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A / B testing, and bid strategy adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Develop and monitor PPC budgets, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and aligned with business objectives.
- Create compelling ad copies, visuals, and creatives in collaboration with the design / creative team.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other reporting tools.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to implement best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with overall digital marketing strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.2+ years of proven experience in managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.Strong understanding of PPC, remarketing, retargeting, and funnel-based advertising strategies.Proficiency with tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Google Ads and / or Meta Blueprint certification preferred.What We Offer
