Software Implementation Executive- In logistic company

This role is for a Software Implementation Executive in the Implementation Department of a logistics company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying software solutions, providing training and support, and ensuring a seamless implementation experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination : Collaborate with project managers to define timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation for software implementation projects.
• Client Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the process.
• Software Deployment : Manage and execute the software installation process , tailoring configurations to meet client specifications.
• Training & Support : Provide hands-on training to client teams, address questions, and develop user manuals and training materials .
• Testing & Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough testing and quality checks to ensure all software features function as expected before the go-live date.
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of the implementation process, including meeting notes, project updates, and client feedback.
• Problem Solving : Identify potential challenges and develop strategies to mitigate risks and resolve issues effectively .
• Continuous Improvement : Gather post-implementation feedback from clients and collaborate with the development team to enhance the product.
