Marketing Executive

Responsibilities : Market Research & AnalysisAnalyse current market trends, competitor activities, and identify client preferences and behaviours in relations to brand strategy and positioning.Conduct in-depth SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) analysis to identify gaps and growth opportunities within the local community.Brand & Content DevelopmentLocalize brand-related content across digital and print media to ensure relevancy to target market.Collaborate and work closely with the regional marketing team to create engaging social media posts, blog posts, videos, and other brand materials.Maintain brand consistency and ensure information accuracy across all communication channels.Partnerships & Community EngagementEstablish relationships with local key influencers, vertical media outlets, and financial communities to enhance brand visibility in target market.Engage with trading forums, Telegram groups, and social platforms to foster brand visibility and credibility.Organize and coordinate local events, webinars, and workshops - both independently or in collaboration with partners, to drive client engagement and signup.Collaboration & ReportingWork closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer support to improve client experience and brand touchpoints.Track and analyse local campaign performance, both online and offline, providing regular reports and insights.

Requirements and Skills : Bachelor’s degree in marketing / marketing communication / business2 - 3 years of proven work experience in marketing, preferably in financial industry or FinTech.Strong market acumen with a proven ability to develop and localize user growth strategies.A creative, innovative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering impactful results.Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in written and spoken (English + Hindi) with additional regional language proficiency like Bengali, Marathi, and Tamil is a plus.Experience with trading platforms (MT4, MT5) or a passion for financial markets is a plus.
