Senior Designer - Manager : Cleartrip
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on creative planner who can not only ideate and strategize but also execute
and collaborate across campaigns, manage timelines and help structure creative workflows.
You are Responsible for
You will :
- Interpret creative briefs and design key visuals into platform-first formats for brand, digital
and performance marketing
Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance creative output, personalization,and campaign efficiency
Experiment with new creative formats, platforms, and messaging strategiesEnsure the final output is aligned with the brand’s visual identity, visually strong, andcommunicates the right proposition
Have a strong eye for layout, typography, design balance, and brand consistencyAssist in structuring creative workflows, guiding junior creatives, and ensuringconsistency across campaigns

Strong Graphic / Brand Design foundation with 5+ years of work experienceProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, After EffectsProficiency in AI tools like Runway, Canva Magic Design, Midjourney, DescriptUnderstanding of design systems, scale, hierarchy, typography, and visual rhythmHigh attention to detail and ability to work independently within structured timelinesDesirable Skills
Innovation & design thinkingPresentation & storytelling skillsBasic understanding of digital advertising, performance metrics and audienceengagement
