Position Overview :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic global projects team. Based in India, this role will primarily oversee engineering project delivery within the Indian market and provide high-level support for international projects.

This senior role reports directly to the Director of Projects and works closely with the Directors of RCT India, contributing to the success of multi-disciplinary, high-value engineering engagements and ensuring operational excellence across RCT’s global project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the day-to-day execution of engineering and advisory projects in India, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, progress tracking, and reporting in collaboration with RCT India’s engineering team.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners—including engineering teams, contractors, investors, and suppliers—to meet project objectives.
• Support global projects during feasibility, design, and execution phases, providing technical leadership and coordination.
• Deliver high-quality results in Owners and Lenders engineering, Conceptual PV plant design and feasibility and Ingot-to-module factory engineering, technology ramp-up, and operational support
• Contribute to the development and implementation of project management plans, tools, and procedures to ensure consistent execution.
• Participate in contract and vendor negotiations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams during pre-contract phases, including proposals, technical clarifications, and scope definition.
• Monitor project risks, escalate critical issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications & Skills :

Willingness to travel internationally up to 35%.
