Job Title : Customer Care Executive

Location : Kolkata

We are seeking a Customer Care Executive who can represent the Kompanero brand with professionalism and warmth. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to handle our niche clientele with the utmost courtesy and care. Basic knowledge of MS Excel is required for maintaining records and reporting.

Key responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and politeness.
  • Understand customer needs, provide product information, and resolve queries effectively.
  • Manage order-related concerns (tracking, returns, exchanges, etc.) with accuracy and empathy.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Maintain and update customer records and service reports in MS Excel.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, sales, store teams) to ensure smooth customer experience.

Requirements :

  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality (preferred).
  • Basic working knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, record-keeping, reporting).
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Graduate or equivalent qualification.
