Our client, a leading real estate construction firm, is seeking an experienced PMO Lead to drive strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and ensure successful delivery of large-scale projects. The role will require strong expertise in cost management, digital transformation, risk governance, and innovation in construction project execution.

Key Cost Management & Incentive Programs :

• Lead overhead cost optimization initiatives to reduce operational spending.
• Design and implement employee and project-level incentive schemes aligned with organizational goals and performance.
