Our client, a leading real estate construction firm, is seeking an experienced PMO Lead to drive strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and ensure successful delivery of large-scale projects. The role will require strong expertise in cost management, digital transformation, risk governance, and innovation in construction project execution.
Key Cost Management & Incentive Programs :
- Lead overhead cost optimization initiatives to reduce operational spending.
- Design and implement employee and project-level incentive schemes aligned with organizational goals and performance.
2. Digital Transformation & Dashboard Reporting :
Develop and deploy a real-time project dashboard for standardized reporting.Achieve at least 50% digitization of project records across systems such as Visilean, Asite, Procol, and SAP within defined timelines.Standardize project performance reporting frameworks for senior stakeholders.3. Risk Strategy & SOP Development :
Formulate and implement Risk Strategy Plans and Risk Management Plans for all major projects.Create comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline functions across departments and divisions.4. Innovation & Process Improvement :
Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools and methods to improve productivity, quality, and decision-making.Introduce innovative construction methods to reduce cost, time, and energy consumption.5. Project Execution & Handover :
Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality handovers that meet cost and performance benchmarks.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
Achieve X% reduction in overhead costs annually.Successful rollout of live dashboard.At least 50% digitization of project records on Visilean, Asite, Procol, and SAP.Risk management frameworks implemented across 100% of active projects.At least Y AI-driven or innovative methods adopted annually.Timely and successful handover of projects within budget.Candidate Profile :
8-15 years of experience in construction project management / PMO roles within large-scale real estate or infrastructure firms.Strong background in cost management, digital transformation, and risk governance.Proven track record of leading PMOs, managing multi-stakeholder projects, and implementing tech-driven solutions in construction.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and change management skills.Other Information :
The role is ideally based in Gurgaon / NCR to allow for face-to-face meetings with senior leadership, but other locations could be considered for the right candidate.
