Job Title : FSM Configurer

Location : Remote / Offshore

About the Role :

We're looking for an experienced FSM Configurer to manage, configure, and optimise the IFS Field Service Management (FSM) tool. You'll play a key role in aligning the system with business operations, enhancing workflows, and ensuring smooth performance across teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure and maintain IFS Cloud modules - focus on timesheets, job validation, stock, and parts .
• Build quick reports, lobbies, and dashboards to improve usability and insights.
• Align FSM configurations with business processes and service operations.
• Support users, resolve system issues, and manage small enhancement projects.
• Ensure data accuracy , system integration (ERP, CRM), and performance monitoring.
• Oversee testing and QA for new IFS releases and patches.
• Monitor key interfaces (Business Central, Excelsys, Resident Platform, KTHS).
• Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
